Court upholds conceal carry restrictions
This multimedia piece, by Zack Rickens, was taped after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Sacramento ruled that “just cause” must be shown to carry a concealed firearm. The Court affirms the right of citizens to carry handguns for lawful protection in public, which Mr. Wood confirms in not a revolutionary ruling.

The article states that, “According to court records, Twin Falls County didn’t see a single case stem from a grand jury indictment in 1993 and 1994,” after Wood and other defense attorneys alleged misconduct against the Twin Falls County prosecutor’s office.
